Personal Care

At 1st Choice Home Care, our personal care services are truly tailored to meet the needs of each client we work with. Also referred to as private duty care, this form of service is intended to help patients with daily activities that include assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility, running errands, monitoring, bathing and other duties as needed.

Attendant Care

Similar to personal care, attendant care provides the same level of service for those with physical disabilities or injuries. We carefully devise a care plan based on mobility to monitor and assist with day-to-day living that ranges from walking to bathing and dressing.

ARChoices  

ARChoices is a federally funded Medicaid program that addresses the home care needs for Seniors over the age of 65 and disabled adults between ages 21 and 64. AR Choices embraces a variety of care services that are intended to help patients maintain a level of comfortable independence within their homes. Services include personal, respite and attendant care from our committed staff members. Additional services provided by ARChoices include home-delivered meals, emergency response systems and more.

Targeted Case Management  

As its title implies, targeted case management drives focused planning and home care efforts for Seniors and disabled people based in a specific geographical location. At 1st Choice Home Care, we're more than happy to work alongside appointed health case managers to devise best practice when regarding the well-being of our patients.

Respite Care

Caring for an elderly parent or disabled family member is a kind, generous undertaking that requires a great deal of time and dedication. At 1st Choice Home Care, we're well-acquainted with the daily challenges and tasks you face, and that's why we offer respite care to relieve you as needed. Whether you're going out of town and require a one-time care visit or you need several weeks of service, our compassionate staff members are here.

Home Care For Veterans

At 1st Choice Home Care, we value the sacrifice and service of our veterans. We strive to do our part in giving back to our veterans with compassionate in-home care services. We assist both elderly and disabled veterans based on their needs.

Private Pay Services 

We provide private pay as well.  If you or your loved one need the extra help in your home and do not qualify for any of the above services we offer our private pay options. We work with your budget and the hours you require. Feel free to call us and a nurse will come out to see you to discuss with you what we can do for you or your precious loved one.
